关于“春节”期间大厦各项服务事宜

2007年春节将近,我公司全体同仁恭祝各租户节日快乐。

根据本大厦的情况,我公司就节日期间的各项服务做出如下安排,恳请各租户给予配合:

1、公众假日

根据政府相关部门通知,2007年“春节”假期为2007218(周日)至2007224(周六)。放假期间,大厦将实行封闭式管理。如果有租户需在此期间加班,烦请事先向我公司客户服务处提交加班申请,以便本公司在此情况下提供周全的服务。另外,根据通知,2007217(周六)和25日(周日)因与春节假期进行调换,上述两日大厦将提供正常服务。

2、客户服务

本公司客户服务处将提供24小时服务,各租户如有需求, 请随时与值班人员联系,电话为85191122

3、租区安全

放假期间,请您采取以下措施,以确保租区安全。

    指定专人在离开办公室前,切断电源及关闭照明,同时检查热水器是否关闭,以免发生危险和水浸。

    关闭通往租区所有的门。

    收藏好重要文件和贵重物品。

    对在租区出现的陌生人提高警惕。

    租户联络人务必保证与大厦管理公司通讯畅通,以便有紧急情况时,能及时与其取得联系。

    为安全起见,假日期间所有进出大厦的租客,请配合大厦管理员出示租户证并做好登记,否则管理员有权拒绝其进入大厦。

4、清洁服务

假日期间大多数清洁服务人员也将放假。请尽量减少垃圾量,以保证大厦环境整洁。

5、空调服务

在放假期间,即20072182007224,我公司将不提供标准空调服务(租约另有约定的除外)。如有加班租户需要额外空调供应,可提前向客户服务处申请。

6、金白领餐厅

节日期间,即20072182007224,金白领餐厅主要为大厦管理人员提供午餐和晚餐,没有早餐供应。如租户在此期间有较多员工需在金白领餐厅用餐,请于214日前与金白领餐厅联系(电话85191440),以便对方做出妥善安排。假期期间餐厅开餐时间为午餐:11:30-12:30,晚餐:17:30-18:30

7、地下停车场

地下停车场将继续开放。但管理人员也将相应减少。届时如有问题,请与客户服务处联络。

Dear Tenants,

As we are now approaching the Spring Festival, we would like to bring your attention to the following management arrangements, and we look forward to your full cooperation.

 

  1. Public Holidays

According to the notice of the government, the holiday of Spring Festival is from Feb. 18, 2007 to Feb. 24, 2007, our Building will be closed during the holiday. A written notice in advance for overtime working during the holidays to our Customer Service Office will be appreciated. This is essential for us to ensure relative services for the tenants. Property management services will be provided as usual on Feb. 17 and Feb. 25, 2007.

 

2.      Customer Service

The Customer Service Office will open 24 hours each day during the holidays and our management staff will be around whenever you need assistance.

 

3.      For Your Safety

We would be obliged to remind you, as a tenant, of the inherent danger from water, fire and burglary. Please appoint a staff member to switch off all electric appliances including water boilers before leaving the premises. Be sure all the entrance doors of your premises are securely locked, all important documents and valuables be properly collected. It is also essential that you are alert to strangers in your premises and the contact persons of the tenant should be reached if there’s anything emergent happens.

Anyone seeking access to or leaving the building during the holidays will be required to identify himself properly to the security guard on duty and sign the visitor’s register.

 

  1. Cleaning Service

Parts of the service staff of the building will be taking leave during the holiday. Please keep refuse disposal to a minimum with the view to maintaining a high standard of environmental tidiness.

 

5.      Air-conditioning Supply

The air-conditioning supply will be suspended during the holidays. The tenant shall send an application form for extra air-conditioning supply to the Customer Service Office in advance if you need air-conditioning service.

 

6.      Golden Hours Canteen

7.      The Golden Hours canteen provides lunch and dinner mainly for our management staff during the holiday. Any tenant who has staff need have dinner in this canteen, please contact Golden Hours Canteen at 85191440 by Feb. 14, 2007.

8.      Parking

The underground parking will open during the holiday,  If you come back and seeking for further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Office on 3rd floor.
