关于“五一”期间大厦各项服务事宜

2007年“五一”将近,我公司全体同仁恭祝各租户节日快乐。

根据本大厦情况,我公司现就节日期间的各项服务做出如下安排,恳请各租户给予全力配合:

1、公众假日

根据北京市政府通知,2007年“五一”将由200751(周二)至200757(周一)放假七天。在此期间,大厦将实行封闭式管理。如果有租户需在此期间加班,烦请按本公司有关规定事先提交加班申请,以便本公司在此情况下提供周全的服务。另外,根据通知,200742829日(周六、周日)休息日因与“五一”假期进行调换,上述两日本大厦将提供正常物业服务。

2、客户服务

本公司客户服务处将提供24小时服务,各租户如有服务需求,请随时与值班物业助理联系,电话:85191122

3、租区安全

放假期间,请您采取以下措施,以确保租区安全。

    指定专人在离开办公室前,切断电源及关闭照明,同时检查热水器是否关闭,以免发生危险和水浸。

    关闭通往租区所有的门。

    收藏好重要文件和贵重物品。

    对在租区出现的陌生人提高警惕。

    租户联络人务必保证与大厦管理公司通讯畅通,以便有紧急情况时,能及时与其取得联系。

    为安全起见,假日期间所有进出大厦的租户,请配合大厦管理员出示租户证并做好登记,否则管理员有权拒绝其进入大厦。


 

4、清洁服务

假日期间大多数清洁服务人员也将放假。请尽量减少垃圾量,以保证大厦环境整洁。

5、空调服务

在放假期间,即200751200757,我大厦将暂停空调供应(租约另有约定的除外)。如有租户需安排加班,可提前向客户服务处申请额外空调供应。

  6、员工餐情况

     我公司将在“五一”假期期间对大厦员工餐厅进行改造,故此,430晚及5157本大厦暂停员工餐服务。

7、地下停车场

地下停车场将正常开放,但也将减少服务人员,届时如有问题,请与客户服务处联系。

Dear Tenants,

As we are now approaching the May Day, we would like to bring your attention to the following management arrangements, and we look forward to your full cooperation.

  1. Public Holidays

According to the notice of the government, the holiday of May Day is from May.1, 2007 to May.7, 2007. Our Building will be closed during this period. A written notice in advance for overtime working during the holidays to our Customer Service Office will be appreciated. This is essential for us to ensure relative services for the tenants. Property management services will be provided as usual on Apr. 28, 2007 and Apr. 29, 2007.

 

2.      Customer Service

The Customer Service Office will open 24 hours each day during the holidays and our management staff will be around whenever you need assistance.

 

3.      For Your Safety

We would be obliged to remind you, as a tenant, of the inherent danger from water, fire and burglary. Please appoint a staff member to switch off all electric appliances including water boilers before leaving the premises. Be sure all the entrance doors of your premises are securely locked, all important documents and valuables be properly collected. It is also essential that you are alert to strangers in your premises and the contact persons of the tenant should be reached if there’s anything emergent happens.

Anyone seeking access to or leaving the building during the holidays will be required to identify himself properly to the security guard on duty and sign the visitor’s register.

 

 

 

  1. Cleaning Service

Parts of the service staff of the building will also be taking leave during the holiday, please keep refuse disposal to a minimum with the view to maintaining a high standard of environmental tidiness.

 

5.      Air-conditioning Supply

The air-conditioning supply will be suspended during the holidays. The tenant shall send an application form for extra air-conditioning supply to the Customer Service Office in advance if you need air-conditioning service.

 

6.      Dinner Supply

Due to the maintenance work of the canteen area, please be informed that staff dinner service will be suspended during the holiday.

 

7.      Parking

The underground car park will open as usual during the holiday. If you come back and seeking for further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Office on 3rd floor.
